In today’s busy world where we have so many responsibilities, stress seems to almost get the better of us. Sometimes, it does: insomnia, inability to relax, burn-out, depression, anxiety – all these are the real problems in the corporate world and not only. The important solution and the key to your mental and physical health is mastering your stress-management skills
During “ABC #29 Networking & Stress Management” event we will:
- Discuss the ways we all handle stress and share useful tools that help us do so.
- Be introduced to “Meditation in movement” by Tao Center Belgium’s Master: Irène Pool
- Learn more about practical stress management tools (eg sleeping culture, breathing, positive thinking, affirmations, visualization etc)
- Perform several exercises in groups to try these techniques in practice
Practical part of the workshop will be facilitated & guided by Sylwia Piatek – work-life balance strategist who assists her clients with tools & guidance to focus on their goals for a successful life and finding balance between their purpose and family life.
